FAQS
We're thrilled that you'll be joining us for LIFT21 The Strata Users Virtual Summit. We wanted to share a few tips for making the most of your experience.
How do I log in to my account on the event site?
If you are not currently logged into the site, select 'Agenda' on the top menu, then click 'My Interests' at the top of the list of sessions. Click 'Login' if you have already registered previously or 'Register' if this is your first time. You will be prompted for the email address that you originally registered for. Then check your email inbox for a link to automatically log you in.
What is the star icon next to the session titles?
Selecting the star icon will simply add it to your "My Interests" list. This is a good way of keeping track of the sessions you might want to attend live or watch later.
How do I join sessions?
You'll join sessions directly from the Agenda page by clicking the "Join Broadcast" button. Be sure to join sessions 2 minutes before the scheduled start time. Run the Quick Tech Check to make sure you don’t have any issues in accessing the sessions. We recommend you use Chrome as your browser and have ad blockers and pop up blockers disabled. Note that all sessions will use computer audio. Please refer to our attendee troubleshooting guide should you have any technical issues.
How do I receive CPE credits for this event?
Please note: In order to receive any CPE credits, attendees must first attend the hour-long keynote session scheduled for 10am CDT on Tuesday, Sept 21. According to NASBA rules, you must qualify for one full credit minimum before acquiring fractions of hours for the shorter sessions.
Attendance will be based on taking note of and reporting back on code words that will be shown during the live broadcasts. Hour long sessions will have three words, ½ hour sessions will have two words. CPE credit is only granted for the live viewing of sessions. The code words will not be shown in the on-demand sessions. Those seeking credit must complete and return an evaluation form for each CPE certified presentation attended. The form will have a space to report the code words. The form links will be emailed to you at the conclusion of each day of the summit. Viewing the summit from a computer is recommended as some phones and tablets block the area that contains the code words.
The delivery method for all sessions is group internet based and there is no advance preparation required. The CPE sessions will be presented at the intermediate program level. A basic understanding of healthcare finance is prerequisite for attendance. The field of study for all sessions is Specialized Knowledge. Questions regarding the presentations content may be directed to the subject matter expert facilitating the session using the ‘Q&A’ panel on the right-side of your screen during the live sessions.
Strata Decision Technology is authorized to issue CPE credits for this conference. In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of the CPE Sponsors, CPE credits will be awarded based on a 50-minute hour. The maximum number of credits available is 6 credits.
Strata Decision Technology is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, website: www.nasba.org.
Questions and concerns regarding CPE credits may be directed to Elizabeth Tandy.
How do I access recordings of the sessions after the event?
Recordings of all keynote and breakout sessions will be available for download immediately following the event via this website. Please note that networking sessions will not be recorded or made available after the event.
