    FAQ's

How do I login to my account on the event site?

If you are not currently logged into the site, select 'Agenda' on the top menu, then click 'My Interests' at the top of the list of sessions. Click 'Login' if you have already registered previously or 'Register' if this is your first time. You will be prompted for the email address that you originally registered for. Then check your email inbox for a link to automatically log you in.

How do I update my event registration ticket?

At the bottom of the event site page, click 'Looking for your ticket'. You will be prompted for the email address that you originally registered for. Then check your email inbox for a link to automatically log you in.

What is the difference between registering for an event and marking it as "interested" with the star icon?

Selecting the chair icon next to a session's title will pull up the option to register for that session, add it to your "Registered Sessions" and will create a calendar invite for you to save. Selecting the star icon, will simply add it to the list of sessions you are interested in. However, you must click on the chair icon to register.

How do I receive CPE credits for this event?

Please note: In order to receive any CPE credits, you must attend the full session.

Attendance will be based on responding to elements of engagement during the live broadcasts. Hour long sessions will have three engagements and half hour-long sessions will have two. CPE credit is only granted for the live viewing of sessions and not for on-demand sessions.

In addition, all CPAs must complete and return an evaluation form for each CPE certified presentation attended. The form links will be emailed to you at the conclusion of each day. The delivery method for all sessions is group internet based and there is no advance preparation required. The CPE sessions will be presented at the intermediate program level. A basic understanding of healthcare finance is prerequisite for attendance. The field of study for all sessions is Specialized Knowledge. Questions regarding the presentations content may be directed to the subject matter expert facilitating the session using the ‘Q&A’ panel on the right-side of your screen during the live sessions.

Strata Decision Technology is authorized to issue CPE credits for this conference. In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of the CPE Sponsors, CPE credits will be awarded based on a 50-minute hour.  The maximum number of credits available is 3.5 credits total for TPN and 2.5 for API.

Strata Decision Technology is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, website: www.nasba.org

Questions and concerns regarding CPE credits may be directed to Elizabeth Tandy at: etandy@stratadecision.com.
